A simpler variation of the classic crepe
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
salt to taste
Crisco for cooking in about 1 teaspoon per pancake at first.
Instructions
Heat a 10 inch non-stick pan over medium heat.
