A simpler variation of the classic crepe
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 Cup Milk
¾ Cup flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
salt to taste
Crisco for cooking in about 1 teaspoon per pancake at first.
