held November 14, 2008 at the Computer History Museum, Mountain View,
California. This conference will precede the futurist mega-gathering
Convergence 08, November 15-16 at the same venue. (If you attend Global

Our David Brin, Jamais Cascio, Bruce Damer, Alan H. Goldstein, J. Storrs
"Josh" Hall, Martin Hellman, Tad Hogg, Feng Hsu, James J. Hughes,

will be participating. David Brin's upcoming novel "Existence"
