Vincent Clot, MSc, MBA
Vincent Clot, MSc, MBA is the Business and Open Innovation Director at Thales Alenia Space, Toulouse, France and has 14 years of experience in innovation, Sales, Operations, Strategy, Engineering and Project Management in Space, Aerospace, Defence, and Security among others. He is also a Partner at the Minoa Partners investment firm.
Vincent started his career at Thales on July of 2003 as an Airborne Radar R&D Engineer, in Bordeaux, France. He continued as Avionics Innovation Project Manager for Avionics Cockpit Display. In 2008 he moved to Delft, Netherlands, where he continued working as Programme Manager of the Human Factors Research Platform for 3 years. On October 2011, he moved to Weybridge where he became the UK Manager for R&D Competitiveness of Thales.
In 2015, Vincent became Head of Air Systems Sales Operations at Thales in Paris, France, where he oversaw military air operations, weapons systems, radars, and civil air traffic management with revenue larger than 1 billion pounds.
Vincent earned his Master of Science degree in Engineering and Signal Processing from École Supérieure d’Électricité in 2004. He earned his Master of Engineering in Computer and Telecommunications from the University of Wollongong in 2004 and his Thales Sponsored Diplome d’Universite (University Diploma) in Human Factors (Human Machine Interfaces) for Design of Aerospace from the Université Paris Descartes in 2010. Between 2013 and 2015, Vincent earned his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship & Finance from Imperial College London towards an Executive MBA fully funded by Thales.
