Marta Rossi, M.A.
Marta Rossi, M.A. is Ph.D. Candidate in Philosophy and Cognitive
Sciences at San Raffaele University, Milan, Italy.
Marta graduated (B.A.) in Philosophy of Mind and Languages from the
same institution with a dissertation on self-reference. She earned
her M.A. from San Raffaele with a dissertation entitled “Functionalism
2.0”, which explores the
ontological foundations of contemporary philosophy of mind and its
consequence for ethics and social theory.
Her research is focused on mind-body relations,
philosophical
and scientific accounts of consciousness, and the link between the
Singularity and social changes.
Marta has been working at
iLabs since
2006, where she is Strategic Partnership Manager, leading the management
of projects in ethics, social, and political theory.
