Louis earned his Associate of Arts (AA) in Communications at CEGEP – St-Laurent in 1978. He earned his Associate of Science in Information Technology at Herzing College in 1980. He earned his Bachelor’s in Computer Sciences at the University of Quebec at Montreal in 1982. He earned his Certificate in Communications at Concordia University in 1983.
