Karen earned her BS in Biology, Human Development, and Education at
Russell Sage College in 1965. She received her Certification
in Direct Marketing, SPC & Deming Method at New York University
in 1994. She did her Post Masters in Adult Development, Aging,
and Gerontology at Hunter/Brookdale in 1994.
