John Blaska, LAc,
DAOM is President at
Everspring Health.
His personal mission is to invest in the lives of others in a way that
quality of life, measured by peace and productivity, becomes a natural
extension of a modern life. John is a healthcare resource application
specialist focusing on a quality of life paradigm. A paradigm where
accessible practices and protocols become tools for everyone to
understand and use to create their own personal quality of life
experience. He is an experienced change agent with a track record of
getting things done — mailroom to boardroom new systems development and
paper to production concept implementation.
John is a leading researcher in the area of integrative healthcare
clinic innovation with a vision for creating a viable, globally
accessible primary care model that meets modern need. As President and
Founder of Everspring Health, he leads the development and execution of
this model at Everspring’s clinic in Minneapolis, working with others to
bring it to scale, and educates the public on its benefits; as a
board-certified medical practitioner, he help patients understand the
spirit/mind/body connection and the influence stress, diet, and sleep
have on quality of life; as an advocate for patients, his focus is to
create opportunities for better quality of life by integrating and
delivering qualified health and healing resources.
The Everspring Health model is the result of 12 years of research in the
U.S., Canada, England, France, India, and China. He studied Ayurveda at
the Himalayan Hospital, Tibetan Medicine at the Men-tsee-khang,
completed clinical rounds at Longhua Hospital in Shanghai, and pursued
three degrees to diversify my practical and academic research. He has
analyzed WHO World Health Reports from the past two decades for trends,
needs, and objectives, and has been engaged in policy discussions in
three countries.
John earned his BS in Human Development: Lifestyle Leadership at the
University of Minnesota-Twin Cities; Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental
Medicine; and Doctorate in Healthy Aging and Longevity with a capstone
focus on Integrative Healthcare.
