Joe Shirk

Joe Shirk is a technical translator and editor, specializing in science, aerospace, communications and networks in the English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Russian languages. He spends his free time researching, writing, and curating on noetics and futurology in his kb-log Information Interpretation.

Joe studied English and Mathematics at University of Maryland Eastern Shore and earned his BA in Russian at the Defense Language Institute.
