Dr. Forrest Higgs

Forrest Higgs, Ph.D. is Owner of Brosis Innovations and is an education management consultant.
 
Forrest is a former professor and research scientist in building science, and he presently consults in computational linguistics and artificial intelligence on the California central coast.
 
He was Director of the Environmental Technology Laboratory at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Senior Specialist Scientist at CSIR, and Guest Professor/Researcher at Building Science, Lunds Tekniska Högskola.
 
Forrest earned his BSc in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin in 1968. He earned his MSc in Architecture at the University of Texas at Austin in 1974. He earned his Ph.D. in Building Science at the University of Pretoria in 1990.
