David Shin
is Founder of
CryptoMex.io and a Founding Member of the
Bitcoin Association of HK (BAHK).
CryptoMex.io is a bitcoin based crowdfunding platform that allows
companies seeking financing to raise capital through an IPO (initial
public offering) process. Investors can crowdfund various bitcoin
projects while being able to also buy and sell “profit units” of the
various bitcoin based companies registered with CryptoMex.
The Bitcoin Association of Hong Kong’s goals are: Foster and promote
bitcoin and its technology in Hong Kong. Educate all stakeholders,
private and public, about the benefits and risks of bitcoin and its
technology. Help facilitate an open, productive, egalitarian, safe,
barrier-free, and transparent regulatory environment that reflects the
values of the bitcoin protocol. Be a reliable, trusted, and accessible
resource for the bitcoin community of Hong Kong. Be the voice of its
members, whether individual or corporate.

Securities Dealer Association in 2007 and his LE Paper 1 in Securities
at the Hong Kong Securities Institute in 2012.
