Claude has 30 years of experience in project management, including several as a coach at deployment of organizational processes related to project management. He created the methodology Changeboxing to accelerate organizational changes in Agile mode. He is an expert in organizational agility and is internationally recognized by many managers and executives across several Quebec and European institutions.

Claude earned his BEng in Chemical Engineering at Royal Military College of Canada in 1974. He earned his MEng in Chemistry Engineering at McGill University in 1976. He earned his MBA in Strategic Planning at the University of Ottawa in 1984.
